The SMB version of StartingPoint is available for up to two team members and unlimited customers. If your organization or team exceeds two team members, we have varying packages based on the number of employees inside your company that is billed in a flat-rate each month. Annual pricing is available. Contact sales@startingpoint.ai for further discussions on your needs for your organization.
We want to make your on-boarding as easy as possible. We walk you through a guided no-cost on-boarding and configuration session that takes 45-60 minutes. This allows us to help you customize your environment allowing you to use StartingPoint right after the session is completed.
Our focus is protecting your critical data, information, and ensuring your platform is available for your customers to reach you. StartingPoint utilizes Tier 1 cloud-services providers that are GDPR and HIPAA compliant while hosting all data in SSAE 16 / SOC2 certified data centers. All data is AES-256 encrypted and each customer has its own siloed repository for storage of data.

You can subscribe to StartingPoint with any major credit card. Annual subscriptions and packages of more than 50 employees can be payable via invoice. Our sales team will be able to work with you to determine the best method of payment.
